SALON DU SALON is a project dedicated to contemporary art and publishing. Since December 2013, SALON DU SALON has been working with artists and curators invited to develop exhibition proposals. Forms and development of collaboration are based upon the projects themselves, and have included publishing, conservation, performance art, research, residencies, and more.

Pour sa deuxième exposition, frau reim fait escale à marseille et invite les artistes de berlin et de marseille à se confronter à leur propre image et à soumettre un autoportrait. cette galerie de (self)-portraits devient un espace de réflexion : que signifie montrer, être vu·e, exister en tant qu’artiste aujourd’hui, dans un monde de big data et de crise méta-existentielle ? le vernissage aura lieu le mardi 06/01/26, jour de l’épiphanie — la fête des reines et des rois du monde de l’art. à cette occasion, nous célébrerons l’anniversaire de l’art, onze jours avant la date estimée de sa naissance il y a un million d’années, selon robert filiou.
